Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
faulty air conditioning uncomfortable pillows
The breakfast included plenty of choice.
The air conditioning unit did not function adequately. Housekeeping staff created excessive noise early each morning as they moved carts. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable.

Excellent Hotel Experience
perfect location helpful staff
The hotel's location is perfect to explore. I found a supermarket next to the hotel. It sells fresh bread. The staff were helpful.

The room was modern. It also had handy toiletries. The plasma TV was a nice size though channels were in German. There was a fridge, which I found useful for storing snacks and drinks, for my convenience.

spacious room breakfast variety rooftop terrace faulty air conditioning housekeeping noise uncomfortable pillows
i really appreciated the spaciousness of the double room balcony i stayed in. the breakfast had a lot of variety (especially the gluten- and lactose-free options). the rooftop terrace was very nice.
the air conditioning unit did not work properly . it was impossible to fall back asleep in the morning because of the noise from the housekeeping staff moving carts. the pillows were not very comfortable (i found them too flat).

Charming Stay!
friendly staff breakfast options rooftop terrace
I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered many options, including gluten-free and lactose-free choices. The rooftop terrace was a highlight (i really enjoyed it). I could even buy a parking space next to the building.
My only very small issue was the air conditioning. It seemed not to work as well as expected.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and tastefully furnished with a large, comfortable bed. A fridge was also available in the room. The water pressure in the shower was strong, i liked that.

Breakfast ran from 6:30 to 11:00, nice for a relaxed start to the day. The selection included nice coffee, and i found it satisfying. Free coffee and tea were available near the lobby.

The hotel features a bar (i like it) and a rooftop terrace. I noticed there were several subway stops and buses nearby. A bio market is located in the same building, a BIG plus.

The staff was very attentive and helpful . They accommodated all my needs with kindness. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and fresh daily, which i appreciate.

adequate stay with issues
broken air conditioning thin walls
The room's air conditioning barely worked! it barely cooled the space, and i was sweating the whole time. also, the mini-fridge didn't get cold enough to properly chill drinks. the noise from other rooms was noticeable, especially late at night. I could hear conversations and tvs, frustrating.
